Opstrive was founded after managing logistics operations for luxury and premium retail brands, as the client, not the provider.
I know exactly where margin leaks, where costs disappear and what a properly run logistics operation looks like from the inside. I started Opstrive because I was tired of watching good brands overpay for a service that wasn't delivering. This is the logistics partner I always wished existed.
